Registration is required to attend the conference. Visa assistance from the College will be provided only upon completion of registration. Authors who are unable to attend in person will be offered virtual attendance options.

Registration Regulations
1. The student rate applies if the first author of the paper is a student with a valid student ID.
2. If the length of the full paper exceeds 8 pages, the cost of each extra page is 10 USD / Nu.800 / page.
3. Each paid registration covers one paper; the additional paper fee applies only to the same first author with a regular registration.
4. *Onsite registration is available for Presentation Only (Abstract Submission) and Bhutanese delegates. Advance notice by April 10, 2025, is required for material preparation.
5. Bhutanese authors may register using Ngultrum as follows: Presentation and publication (Regular: Nu.5000/paper), Presentation and publication (Technical Committee: Nu.4000/paper), Presentation and Publication (student: Nu. 1000/paper) & presentation only (Nu.700).
6. Foreign attendees who obtain a visa through this conference must participate in the event or comply with the regulations set by the Tourism Council of Bhutan.
7. The registration fee covers access to the two-day conference, a conference kit, lunch during the event, and a closing dinner. However, it does not include accommodation or visa processing fees. International attendees are advised to visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website at https://www.mfa.gov.bt/visa-to-enter-bhutan/ for details on visa fees. Visa processing will be facilitated by the organizers after registration is confirmed. Accommodation options will also be sent to confirmed registrants.
Refund Policy
Cancellation of paid registration is possible under the terms listed below:
* Cancellations made at least 15 days before the conference incur a $30 fee.
* Cancellations 5–15 days before the event are subject to a 50% deduction from the registration fee.
* No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 5 days of the conference.
* Refunds are not available for delays or force majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, utility failures, or wars.
