Call for Papers
We invite researchers, engineers, and scientists worldwide to submit their papers for the conference. Early submission is recommended to ensure review and consideration. At least one author must attend the conference upon acceptance. All submissions will undergo a blind peer review conducted by the technical committee, coordinated by the editor-in-chief.

Submission Guidelines
All submissions and presentations must be in English, the official conference language. Authors may submit an abstract (presentation only, no publication) or a full paper (presentation and publication). Full papers must be at least 8 pages, including figures, and tables. Papers exceeding 14 pages will incur a fee of $10 per extra page.
All submissions will be reviewed by an editor for relevance to the conference tracks and themes. Suitable papers will undergo a Turnitin check for plagiarism and AI usage. Submissions with 10% or more plagiarism will be desk rejected. Papers that lack of originality, or with scientific flaws may also be rejected.
The conference follows a double-blind peer review process, typically within 2–3 weeks. Manuscripts that pass initial screening are reviewed by Four independent anonymous reviewers from technical committee. Authors may suggest suitable reviewers in addition to our committee members. After review and necessary revisions, the program chairs make the final publication decision within one week. Their decision is final, and no further appeals or communications will be considered.
Papers under review, accepted, or previously published in a journal or another venue with formal proceedings will not be accepted.
